Documents and forms are created by answering a series of logic driven questions. As you answer each question, the document is automatically tailored to the individual’s circumstances in real-time.
There are explanations and practical examples next to each question to explain complex legal principles in plain English.
You can save your document, export it to Word or PDF, or print it straight away. You can also share it with the end user or with a partner law firm or organisation you already work with.
Telephone legal advice is provided by Lipco Law For All. Once you have registered and logged in you will find their legal advice helpline at the top of every page. Lipco’s team can offer legal advice in a range of languages.
There are a range of self-help legal videos and tutorials that are designed to help explain more complex legal principles. This service is provided by Baobab, who collaborate with some of the largest law firms in South Africa.
On each legal category page there is a range of legal information written in plain English, and a range of legal infographics that you can download or print.
In time we plan to translate both legal information and the infographics into other languages.
R12.50 per document – we’ll send you an invoice every quarter (end of March, June, September and December) for documents you have created using JusDraft.
Our hope is that you can offer a legal service to people within your community for R25. Half of that is kept by you to support the incredible work you are already doing.
What if we can’t afford R12.50 per document?
Our vision is that justice should be accessible to all. Should you or your end users not be able to afford R12.50, please contact us.
